Yeah, you need to update when it requires it, but not all CC and mods are broken with every patch.


You being a bit alarmist when it comes to CC. Often defaults have the same kind of patch level requirement seeing they are based often off EA meshes. NRASS number one complaint of people reporting issues with his patches was him having to remind people his patches needed removing before an update, and then not redownloaded until he had found time to update them. Even a tiny bit of recoding can make a mod flinch badly and not a good idea to not get updates. I do know mods are an issue because they are patch related. Then you were lucky as many are having issues with defaults.
